Who we are
tinig labs is an independent lab run by one developer, who decides how your data is used. This policy covers tiniglabs.digital, the waitlist, and the blog emails.
How we use your email
We use your email address only to:
- send a confirmation when you sign up
- send the updates or posts you signed up for
- reply when you write to us
We never sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
These services process data on our behalf:
- Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps hosts the website and runs the signup forms.
- Microsoft Azure Communication Services sends our automatic emails.
- Microsoft Azure Table Storage stores the waitlist and subscriber lists.
- Zoho Mail hosts our mailboxes, where your replies go.
They may store this data outside the Philippines. We share data with anyone else only if the law requires it.
How we protect it
The site is served only over HTTPS. The lists are kept in Azure storage that only the developer can access, and service keys are stored encrypted in Azure, not in the code. When you unsubscribe, your address is deleted from that list right away.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can:
- ask what data we hold about you
- have it corrected or deleted
- object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent
- get a copy of it
To stop our emails, use the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them. For anything else, write to waitlist@tiniglabs.digital. If you think we've mishandled your data, you can also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
Children
The waitlist and blog are for adults. If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian before signing up.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll tell you by email first.
